Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to my bike during the tour?
Our logistics team handles it door-to-door: collected on arrival (or waiting, if you’re a returning rider), built and race-prepped in our workshop each evening, hand-delivered to the next stage hotel.
Do I have to store my bike with you?
No — it’s entirely optional. Bring your bike as luggage for the tour, or use the Bike Concierge to keep it on-island between visits once you know you like how we look after it.
Why humidity-controlled storage?
The tropics are harsh on components over time. We regulate moisture 24/7 so your carbon frame, electronic shifting batteries, bearings and hydraulic hoses stay perfectly preserved between trips.
How safe is the storage?
Extremely. Our Kundasale base has 24/7 on-site security, CCTV surveillance, and a facility designed specifically to protect high-end carbon bicycles from theft.
Are these sightseeing tours?
No. These are pro-continental style training blocks for fit club cyclists. We finish by 10:30 AM so you can enjoy the 5-star resorts and spas, but the riding itself is fast, structured, and physically demanding.
Are the events competitive races?
No. Under local law all road events are on open roads — mass-participation, gran-fondo-style challenges for community, personal goals or charity sponsorship, not closed-circuit racing.
I’m a single rider — can I still come?
Yes. We merge single-rider inquiries into an existing group for the season, or build one around you. Say so in the inquiry form.
